Nicole serves as Senior Content Developer and Executive Speaker Coach at Duarte, Inc., where she has coached and written for thousands of clients, most of which top the Fortune 100. With a master’s in Communication, Nicole most recently researched and co-created Duarte’s newest workshop, Adaptive Listening (soon to be a book, too!).

She serves as the Director of Content & Coaching at Duarte, Inc., where she leads a team of writers, strategists, and coaches who work hard to make an impact for the world's current and aspiring leaders. As the co-creator of Adaptive Listening™, Maegan uses her background in Communication Theory to show clients the importance of receptive communication in addition to expressive.
